On hold for an hour and eleven minutes on the phone and 16 minutes on chat before actually reaching a person - unbelievable - such terrible terrible customer service.I literally listened to phone updates for at least 18 minutes telling me that there was a zero minute wait time, that's after they kept updating the initial time from 36 minutes to 38 minutes to 46 minutes to 51 minutes etc.
Customer Service just isn't supposed to work this way. They asked me what else they could do for me and I told them to send me a text message every day reminding me not shop from them again.
I don't want to hear lame excuses about promotions you're running DSW - I want attentive service in a reasonable amount of time.If you can't staff for the promo then don't run the promo.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Being on hold for over an hour.
