DSW - Received the wrong item
I ordered the Franco Sarto Emory Boot that my wife wanted for her birthday but instead I received another boot style all together. This is very frustrating because I had ordered the last item in that style.
DSW - Shoe material looks different
The pictures makes the shoe look like genuine leather but once I received it it does not look the same

DSW - Brought out DIRTY shoe from back
The manager in orland park was not nice and had no sense of engency she brought out a dusty shoe and hand it to the cashier on 8-30 18 @2:15 to 3:00 The shoe was a display last one...she was on duty not good customer service... need more training...she should have wipe the boot off before bringing it out to a customer
